Jill Edelstein Schecter, Founder and CEO:
Jill is a dynamic, passionate, and results driven professional who has worked in the media business for over two decades.
She started her career on the client-side at Estée Lauder, then held sales and sales management positions at Wenner Media, Rodale, and Condé Nast. While at Condé Nast, Jill spent ten years in Corporate Sales and was responsible for over $90MM revenue annually. In this role, she worked with and oversaw 29 brands and guided more than 30 salespeople within the organization. Jill’s knowledge and passion, along with her experience, have allowed her to be successful in recruiting top talent for digital media companies as well as helping people hone their job search skills.

Her clients over the years have included Colgate-Palmolive, Greenwich International Film Festival, Keebler Company, Kimberly-Clark, and Land O’Lakes. Ginger holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
