We submit an overview of each candidate’s background and experience, explaining every move or gap, why they’re looking to make a change, and why we think you should speak to them.
  • Scheduling, Coordinating, and Inviting: Once you’ve decided to move forward with a candidate, we handle the scheduling of all interviews, ensuring everyone’s on the same page. This means coordinating with those in your organization to ensure things run effectively and efficiently!
  • Honing in on the Right Candidate: We work closely with you and your team to keep track of, and review interviewed candidates, ensuring that you’re able to hone in on the best talent for the position. We organize all of this on your behalf, so all you have to do is share your feedback and thoughts with us.
  • References, Background, and Hiring: We’ll gather references for the chosen candidate(s) and can also handle background screening. You’ll get our full report and any notes we’ve gathered so you can move forward and hire with ease!
